Think Spring!

There's nothing quite like warmer weather as a mood booster! I think I had a case of the wintertime blues so being able to go outside and feel the breeze and feel the sunshine on my face has been fantastic! I took a spontaneous trip to New York this past weekend and sitting by Lake Chautauqua for a little while and doing absolutely nothing was just what I needed.

Of course, shopping also helps boost the mood and I've found a few spring favorites that I really love and so I thought I'd share!

First of all...shoes! And I love these.

I'm still surprised at how much I love the daisy shoes. If daisies aren't your thing these shoes come in a variety of colors including a gorgeous yellow! And those striped sandals?? They give me classic Barbie vibes in her black and white swimsuit and I've always loved that particular look. :)

And even though it's slightly warmer you still might need a light jacket from time to time.

In which case, in my opinion, this is the perfect spring jacket. It comes in several different colors and these two colors were my top picks for springtime. I tried on the green jacket on a recent shopping trip and oh my gosh, the fabric! It's as soft as a feather pillow and so comfortable. I don't think it's a purchase that anyone would regret!

Dress: $88

Skirt: $30.99

I love the bright pop of red and the laid back wrap style of the dress. You can see what it looks like as a dressier option but I would love to wear it with a denim jacket, layered gold jewerly and cute flat sandals or wedges. And the pastel skirt? The perfect color for spring! 

Of course you can't forget about the ears! And these shell earrings are unique and so cute.

I first saw this swimsuit modeled by 'Lately with Lex' on Instagram and she looks phenomenal!

Bikini: $25.99

I currently have it in my shopping cart on Amazon and with all the rave reviews and beautiful customer photos I'm hoping it works for me!

One of my favorite new finds lately is Miranda Frye jewelry. (And these will work for any season. ;)

This is a post I shared on Instagram a little while ago and the only thing not featured is the Mackenzie bracelet I also purchased. They're sold out of the large Tristan ring on the far left but the adorable Hudson Midi Ring is still available. Also, I have to mention their fantastic customer service! My first bracelet arrived damaged and I immediately contacted them. That same day they shipped out a brand new one to replace it and included a return shipping label for the damaged one. They even included a coupon code for the inconvenience so I'm in no way done shopping. :) I would post more favorites from their site but since that's such a large number of items I'll let you explore and admire for yourself. :)

Of course springtime also means the trees will be budding, flowers will begin to grow and there will be lots of springtime scents in the air! (and if you live near a farm the air might be full of some not so pleasant smells for a while!) But you can make sure you smell fantastic at least!

I actually just discovered the Burberry scent today and it smells amazing! They do have a smaller size available for $29 which I think I'll opt for instead of the full bottle. And Pacifica is a super affordable, vegan brand with lots of scents to choose from! If I'm remembering correctly the Island Vanilla was one of my favorites.

And to end things I'll add one more bright pop of yellow to help reinforce the sunshine of springtime! :)
